Arindam has over 25 years of experience in Power Systems, Power Electronics and Control. His principal research is in the area of building reliable interface for DG systems.

Gerard has over 30 years of experience in teaching and research; He brings to the project his expertise in the area of power system control, optimization of DG placement and voltage support.

Professor Syed Islam has published over 130 papers in power systems. He has recently been developing research into wind power particularly into the modelling of network interaction.
